Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nagpur Web Design, our goal is to provide high-quality website design and digital services. Because our work involves time, planning, and custom development, we maintain a clear and transparent return and cancellation policy.

1. No Refund on Completed Services

Once a project has been initiated, worked on, or delivered (fully or partially), no refund is applicable.
Website design and digital marketing services cannot be returned because they involve customized work created specifically for the client.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Administrative charges

  • Payment gateway fees (if applicable)

Once project planning, discussion, or material preparation has begun, the project is considered “in progress.”

3. Refund Not Applicable On

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Website design or development work already completed

  • Digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Ads)

  • Content writing or graphics delivered

  • Domain or hosting purchases

  • Third-party tools, plugins, or software

  • Onboarding, planning, or consultancy hours

4. Advance Payments

All advance payments are non-refundable.
This includes:

  • Booking amount

  • Advance project fees

  • Part-payment or milestone fees

5. Project Delay From Client Side

If the client fails to provide content, images, or required information within 30 days:

  • The project may be put on hold

  • Refunds are not applicable

  • Additional fees may apply for reactivation

6. Revision Policy

Revisions are included based on the package selected.
Extra revisions or major design changes will be billed separately.

7. Website Maintenance & Monthly Plans

Monthly plans, AMC, or maintenance packages are non-refundable, including partially unused months.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates depend on:

  • Timely client communication

  • Content availability

  • Payment clearance
    Delays caused by the client are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

9. Quality Guarantee

We commit to high-quality design and development.
If any issues are found within 7 days of delivery, they will be fixed at no extra charge as part of the support period.
