Nagpur Web Design provides digital services, so there is no physical shipping involved. All deliverables — including website designs, development work, digital assets, and project files — are delivered electronically.
1. Delivery Method
All services and files are delivered through one or more of the following channels:
• Email
• Secure cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• Our project management system
• Direct upload to the client’s hosting/server
• WhatsApp communication (for quick approvals)
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on the project scope:
• Website Design Mockups: Usually delivered within 3–5 business days after project kickoff.
• Website Development: Delivery ranges from 7–21 business days depending on features, pages, integrations, and client approvals.
• Revisions & Updates: Typically delivered within 24–72 hours.
• Urgent Projects: Faster delivery options are available upon request.
All timelines are shared in writing during the onboarding process.
3. Delays
Delivery may be delayed if:
• Client delays in providing content, approvals, or website access.
• Third-party tools/hosting/domain providers face downtime.
• Scope changes or new feature requests are added.
Any such delays are communicated promptly.
4. No Physical Shipping
Nagpur Web Design does not sell or ship physical products.
All services are digital, delivered electronically, and accessible online.
5. Completion & Handover
A project is considered “delivered” when:
• The developed website is uploaded to the client’s server
OR
• Final files/designs are shared via email/cloud link
Clients receive:
• Admin login details
• Website source files (if included in the package)
• Training videos or documentation (if applicable)
6. Support After Delivery
We provide ongoing support depending on your plan:
• Basic support for 7 days after project completion
• Extended maintenance packages available separately
